Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
All earring sales are final and are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons. If you receive a defective or faulty item, or an item that does not match your order, an exchange will be offered for the item (within 30 days of receiving order). Exchanges or refunds are not offered for change of mind.
If your item is faulty or does not match your order, please email us at Lolamaye.co@gmail.com with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 30 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the received item and the reason for your return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.
Exchanges (If applicable)
We only offer exchanges to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, please email us at lolamaye.co@gmail.com with the subject line Exchange and #OrderNumber.
Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the transportation process will not be accepted.
The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of return to Lola Maye. We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Lola Maye has the right to offer store credits at their discretion for items past or within our 30 day policy. Refunds are not available past 30 days of receiving goods.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please be patient and check your bank account again. Contact your bank or credit card company if there are any adverse delays. There is often a processing time before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Lolamaye.co@gmail.com.
Sale Items (If applicable)
Sale items are final and are non-refundable.
Store Policy
Users agree to our terms of service and store policies when placing an order and using our website (as seen in ‘terms of service’). Lola Maye is not responsible for customers who do not read our store policy and has the right to change/ alter the policy.
